Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using CarryOn ("the Service"), operated by CarryOn Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using CarryOn in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CarryOn is an AI-powered travel wardrobe assistant. The Service allows users to upload photos of clothing items, enter trip details, and receive AI-generated outfit recommendations, packing lists, and styling advice based on their personal wardrobe.
You must create an account to use CarryOn. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without authorization.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to CarryOn, including wardrobe photos and trip details ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
CarryOn uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit recommendations and styling advice. These recommendations are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for your specific needs. You use all recommendations at your own discretion.
You agree not to:
All aspects of the CarryOn platform — including its design, code, branding, and AI systems — are the property of CarryOn Technologies, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.
CarryOn uses third-party services to operate, including Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (data storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Your use of CarryOn is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We reserve the right to impose usage limits on the Service at any time, including limits on the number of trip generations per user. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to usage limits where practicable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY GEORGIA LAW, CARRYON TECHNOLOGIES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@carryonai.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
